Public Offer Agreement
1. General Provisions
Individual Entrepreneur Kudryavtseva Evgenia Vladimirovna (hereinafter — Seller) publishes this offer for the sale of goods through the VIVA VINTAGE GALLERY website. This document constitutes an official offer to enter into a purchase agreement.
2. Subject of Agreement
The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods listed in the website catalog to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this offer.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in Russian rubles. Prices may be changed by the Seller at any time without notice. Payment is 100% prepayment. Available methods: cash, bank transfer, online payment.
4. Delivery
Delivery terms are described in the Delivery & Storage section. Timelines and costs are agreed individually.
5. Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with Russian law, antique and interior items of proper quality are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
6. Personal Data
The Buyer consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Seller's Privacy Policy.
